摘要

物流配送中心选址在煤炭企业供应物流系统规划中占有非常重要的地位,决策者需要综合考虑各种因素。传统的定位方法很少考虑定位过程中各指标之间的相互作用。本文将主成分分析(PCA)方法引入到物流选址中,利用该方法消除评价指标之间的相互作用,减少指标选择的工作量,结合专家估计和相关评价指标对多个备选方案进行选择和评价。最后,以M煤炭企业的物流配送中心选址为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
