After introducing core competence theory and the relationship between core competence and intellectual capital, we constructed an evaluation index system on the basis of structure of intellectual capital and also established a fuzzy mathematics measure model. 摘要

本文试图以层次分析法和模糊数学理论为基础,运用多层次模糊数学测度模型,对智力资本视角下的企业核心竞争力评价进行研究。在介绍核心能力理论及核心能力与智力资本关系的基础上,构建了基于智力资本结构的评价指标体系,并建立了模糊数学测度模型。实例分析表明,该模型简单可行,评价结果合理可信。

Based on AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory, the article attempts to conduct a research on the evaluation of enterprise's core competence from intellectual capital perspective by using multi-level fuzzy mathematics measure model.
