FNAC from thyroid swelling showed features of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis / Grave’s disease / Colloid goiter with follicular hyperplasia and at places raising the suspicion of malignant transformation. Further clinical evaluation of patient, it was found that she had carbimazole therapy.
