摘要

本文对由一对压电单晶胞驱动的微型机器人机械臂的力控制进行了理论研究。力控制中的主要问题是超调量、过阻尼和未知环境(如物体刚度)。因此,主要思想是对已知机器人对象进行动态补偿,对未知环境引入模糊补偿,以提高系统性能。采用基于规则的模糊方法识别未知环境,实现模糊补偿。
