摘要

本文提出了一种新型的三支共用引脚PSSB变换器。所有一次侧开关的零电压均可实现宽转换范围和满负载范围。此外,有效占空比与死区时间无关。因此,PSSB将是有用的高开关频率的应用。为了验证PSSB的特性,利用GaN晶体管和平面变压器制作了100W的PSSB变换器。实验结果表明,当开关频率为300kHz时,PSSB变换器的峰值效率可达93.8%。
