本研究旨在测试宋卡王子大学牙科医院门诊部使用的口腔手术包中器械的存放时间对无菌性的影响。使用不锈钢丝代表器械，并放置在所有705个口腔手术包的每个包中。在三个月的时间内，在不同的储存时间内进行高压灭菌，没有发现污染。因此，口腔医院口腔手术包的灭菌和保存方法是可以接受的。
