摘要

随着中国核电企业国际化战略的快速发展,核电企业IT部门面临着业务高速发展的新挑战。为了满足开发需求,在生产经营过程中提供强大的IT服务,IT部门引入ITIL思想,结合实际情况,建立了一套功能完善的IT服务管理平台。目前,该平台已在多家核电企业的地下室得到了广泛应用,并取得了显著效果。
