摘要

传统的物流业效率测量不考虑二氧化碳排放问题。本文提出了碳强度约束下的物流业全要素生产率(CLP)。在构建2005 - 2012年中国30个省区物流业面板数据的基础上,运用环境DEA技术和定向距离函数方法,对碳强度约束下中国物流业全要素生产率的增长来源和区域差异进行了实证分析。结果表明:碳强度约束下的物流业全要素生产率年均增长率为1.9%,高于未考虑碳强度约束的物流业全要素生产率年均增长率;碳强度约束下的物流业生产率指标与碳强度目标一致,物流业全要素生产率提高,碳强度降低;物流生产力的提高主要取决于物流技术的进步和创新;在碳强度约束下,东部地区的物流生产率存在趋同,中部地区的差异在扩大,西部地区的差异在缩小。
