In this study, total of 60 subjects with Angle class 1, class II/1 and class III malocclusion, who did not have orthodontic treatment previously and who did not have any sight or nose breathing problems, without vertical discrepancies like openbite or extreme deep bite had been chosen. Craniovertical angle which determined the posture of the head had been measured directly from the individuals. 摘要

头部姿势对颅面及牙槽骨形态的影响是近年来研究的热点。头部姿态定义为自平衡位置的头部与真实垂直位置形成的颅顶夹角。头部向前弯曲的偏差称为屈曲,头部向后弯曲的偏差称为伸展。本研究共选取60例Angle 1类、II/1类、III类错牙合患者,既往未接受正畸治疗,无视力、鼻呼吸问题,无开咬、极深咬等垂直差异。决定头部姿势的颅顶角是直接从个体身上测量出来的。我们发现头部姿势、II/1类和III类错咬合之间有统计学意义的关系。
