摘要

采用化学浴沉积法(CBD)制备了Cd1-xZnxS(x = 0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)薄膜。对制备的Cd1-xZnxS薄膜进行了光学表征。研究了锌含量对吸收光谱和透射光谱的影响。随着锌含量的增加,吸收边发生了明显的蓝移,带隙也发生了明显的调谐。在x = 0.8的组分中,cd1 - xznxs薄膜的透过率最高为78%。SEM研究证实,即使Zn含量较低,Cd1-xZnxS薄膜的微观结构也发生了有效的变化。
