Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci. The population in this study amounted to 40 people, namely all employees of PT. People's Credit Bank for Kerinci Development. While the sample size of 35 respondents with the sampling technique Probability Sampling is a sampling method in which every member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The study results stated a significant influence between facilities and intellect on the performance of employees of PT. 摘要
本研究旨在确定PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pembangunan Kerinci的设施和智力对员工绩效的影响。本研究的人口为40人，即PT. people 's Credit Bank for Kerinci Development的所有员工。而采用抽样技术的35名受访者的样本量，概率抽样是一种抽样方法，其中每个人口成员都有相同的机会被选为样本。本研究使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明，设施和智力对PT员工的绩效有显著的影响，BPR对Pembangunan Kerinci员工的绩效有部分或同时的显著影响。
