This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of implementing Work From Home on the Work Effectiveness of Employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Dharmasraya Regency. Among other things, the purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of professionalism on the work effectiveness of employees at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, Dharmasraya Regency. \nMethods: This study uses quantitative methods, and the sample in this study is 60 using non-probability sampling technique. \nResults: Work From Home has a significant effect in this study on the effectiveness of employees' work, and the Professionalism variable has a significant effect in this study on the effectiveness of employees' work. 摘要

导语:《关于调整国家民用机构工作制度以做好政府机构防控工作的2020年第19号部部长通函》,旨在指导政府机构为国家机关公务员在家工作履行公务,努力预防和尽量减少新冠肺炎疫情的传播。本研究旨在分析并确定实施在家工作对达摩rayaya摄政文化、旅游、青年及体育司员工工作效能的影响。其中,本研究的目的是分析专业精神对达摩rayaya摄政文化旅游青年体育司员工工作效能的影响。方法:本研究采用定量方法,本研究样本为60个,采用非概率抽样技术。结果:在家工作在本研究中对员工工作有效性有显著影响,专业性变量在本研究中对员工工作有效性有显著影响。工作职业化是基于有效和高效的原则,这将提高员工的表现。结论和建议:对于文化、旅游、青年和体育部来说,Dharmasraya Regency需要继续提高员工在完成既定工作时的专业精神和工作效率,无论是在家工作还是直接在办公室工作,以实现既定目标,并使其能够有效地实施。
