The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the weights of various indicators in the emergency preparedness capability assessment. The analysis results are compared with the actual survey results, and the problems faced by the current work are studied. 摘要

建立和完善应急管理体系是建设新型智慧城市的一项重要任务。应急准备能力评估可以获得城市应急管理和控制项目的基本信息,对智慧城市的安全至关重要。本研究以江苏省城市应急准备能力评估为研究对象。运用层次分析法确定应急准备能力评价中各指标的权重。将分析结果与实际调查结果进行对比,研究了当前工作中面临的问题。通过本研究可以发现,层次分析法可以很好地分析应急准备能力工作,提出应急准备能力对策,为城市智慧应急奠定基础。
