摘要

本文考虑并分析了煤矿工业矸石堆的地理分布、矸石堆中部和地表的物理化学作用和外生地质作用。简要地考虑了形态、材料组成、废物堆的回收对各种对环境产生负面影响的技术地质过程的发展强度的影响。对垃圾堆场的强制性认证提出建议,并给出护照的内容。建议使用不同的地球时感材料对垃圾进行监测和认证。
