摘要

汽车制造企业发展迅速,注重硬件升级、质量控制等问题实施创新。然而,回顾其稳步发展,除了需要“硬实力”外,其深层的“软实力”更是必不可少。企业文化建设已成为支撑企业管理的重要途径,成为企业可持续发展的核心竞争力之一。对于大型中外合资汽车制造企业来说,企业文化发展滞后是阻碍其可持续发展的重要因素。企业文化建设是一个系统的、长期的、持续的内化过程。优秀的企业文化可以引领企业的持续发展,也可以脚踏实地的结合中国汽车制造企业发展的新特点和新问题。本文对上汽通用汽车文化建设的现状、存在的问题及主要原因进行了深入的研究。结合中外合资汽车制造企业新的发展趋势和文化进步的相应要求,分析了上汽通用五菱文化发展的优化策略。本文从精神文化、制度文化和行为文化三个方面提出了企业文化建设的本土化策略,以期为更多的汽车制造企业文化建设提供借鉴和参考。
