That’s why; need to analyze the existing design. The analysis method is using Microsoft Excel Programming Software base on API 560, API 530, Direct-Fired Heater Design Handbook and literatures from journals and articles. For efficiency improvement in heat absorption and fuel consumption, need to modify heating surface area and combustion air input at elevated temperature. 摘要

直燃式加热器,通常称为加热器,是一种热交换设备,利用燃烧产生的热气体来提高工艺流体的温度,流经加热器内的管盘管。PT Pertamina Balikpapan炼油厂产能为137,185,000.00 Btu/h的脱塔器再沸器加热器进行了更换,在吸热和燃料消耗方面都需要提高效率。这就是为什么;需要分析现有的设计。分析方法采用Microsoft Excel编程软件,以API 560、API 530、直燃式加热器设计手册和文献资料为基础。为了提高吸热和燃料消耗的效率,需要在高温下修改受热面面积和燃烧空气输入。因此,通过在烟囱烟气上升燃烧风输入中增加空气预热器,可以减少燃料燃烧,增加热量释放。
