The aim of this observer is to ensure a finite time convergence of the capacitor voltages in presence of measurement noises. For the converter, one differentiates robustly the load current to get the observable part. Then, one gathers the information from each mode and finally gets the capacitor voltages. Algebraic Observer for the Three Cell Multicellular Converter
