摘要

研究了将废粉煤灰分散于铝基中制备复合材料的方法。本文以二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁等耐火氧化物为主要成分的粉煤灰为增强相,加入镁和硅来提高湿性。制备了不同增强相含量的复合材料。铝-粉煤灰复合材料具有导电性,可进行电火花加工(ECM)。
