The construction of a mining complex for mining ferromanganese nodules of the Baltic Sea with the possibility of its separation and partial enrichment on the seabed during the process of production is proposed. The article deals with the means for moving the mining workers of seabed, the technological walking machine working by the displacement of the center of mass by way of a movable counterweight, and its construction are given. The dependence of the gravity of the counterweight satisfies the condition of the machine's movement.
