摘要

北苏拉威西地区肉牛养殖企业的生产已经不能满足人们的消费需求。造成这种情况的原因是他们对养殖技术信息的吸收较慢,而现有的互联网技术仅仅是用于娱乐需求。本文的研究目的是鼓励利用网站为农村肉牛养殖户形成一种赋权模式。研究结果表明,设计模式应该基于农民的能力和农民的存在,因为他们对网站作为农民赋权所需的外展媒体有足够的信息。
