摘要

采用物理化学相结合的方法,在玻璃衬底上蒸发化学合成的sb&se共掺杂PbTe粉末,制备了sb&se共掺杂PbTe纳米晶薄膜。用XRD、SEM、EDAX对制备的薄膜进行了分析,并对结果进行了讨论。研究了不同温度(298 ~ 423 K)下Al/SbPbTeSe/Al薄膜夹层体系的直流导电机理,发现其为Poole-Frenkel型。
