根据标记酶(α -萘酰-乙酰酯酶、萘酚- as - d -氯乙酰酯酶和耐氰过氧化物酶)的表现,对测定单核细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的细胞化学方法进行了改进。本文提出了用几种常用试剂对单一酯酶和过氧化物酶进行经济鉴定的方法。
