[Two cases of hepatocellular carcinoma with omental mass].

Hepatocellular carcinoma rarely causes disseminated metastasis or distant metastasis. We have recently encountered two cases of hepatocellular carcinoma with omental mass. In the first case, we misdiagnosed the omental metastasis as part of the primary tumor.
