The representation of the entire commerce, i.e. keeping track of the planned performances is easy as the graphical reports in the form of scorecards is extremely expressive an easily understandable for business men. Moreover, they can suggest the necessary activities depending on the value of the indicator, i.e. the deviation from the planned values. Based on this the Scorecards have become necessary in performance control of the entire enterprise, some its organizational units or specific important functions. 摘要
