摘要

专业技术人才是“五年计划”期间经济社会跨越式发展、及时完成脱贫攻关政治任务和全面建设小康社会的重要支撑因素。因此,贵州省因发展战略的变化,对专业技术人才规模的研究显得尤为迫切。本研究以贵州专业技术人才的发展为基础。本文构建了回归模型与灰色模型相结合的预测模型。同时,规避单一预测模型固有的局限性,提高预测的准确性和科学性,对贵州省的科学发展起到一定的启发和启示作用。
