Dalam merumuskan masalah program stokastik, umumnya ditemukan bahwa model stokastik memberikan optimalisasi yang signifikan dalam biaya operasi dan memungkinkan manajer untuk membuat keputusan terkait dengan mengevaluasi pencapaian target dalam tingkat layanan. \n \nThis study discusses the problem of call center scheduling by considering the varying number of telephone calls in which call volume indicates significant variability and uncertainty. Penelitian ini membahas masalah penjadwalan call center dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai jumlah panggilan telepon di mana volume panggilan menunjukkan variabilitas dan ketidakpastian yang signifikan.
