The aim of this research is to identify and sum up the relevant literature published in the period from 2000 to 2019, focusing on the explosive power of basketball players, and to explain relations between training programs and explosive power development. The results confirmed that explosive power is a significant characteristic of professional basketball players and one of the most important factors for achieving top results. The results show that in spite of the inborn coefficient, the development of explosive power can be realized through planned, rational and well-organized training. 摘要

篮球运动中的爆发力表现在起跳、开始加速、突然改变方向、减速、突然停止和传球等各种变化。本研究的目的是识别和总结2000年至2019年期间发表的相关文献,重点关注篮球运动员的爆发力,并解释训练方案与爆发力发展之间的关系。结果表明,爆发力是职业篮球运动员的重要特征,也是取得优异成绩的重要因素之一。结果表明,尽管存在先天系数,但通过有计划、合理、有组织的训练,爆发力的发展是可以实现的。在不同年龄的篮球运动员中,爆发力与短距离跑、跳跃、投掷、瘦体质量呈正相关。爆发力训练是提高篮球运动员比赛效率的有效手段,值得重视。
