摘要

用光镜和电镜观察了黄体酮和黄体酮与雌二醇同时处理的未成熟母猪的松果体。两种激素对松果体的结构都有影响。观察了黄体酮对线粒体、颗粒囊泡和1型致密体相对体积的抑制作用。黄体酮和雌二醇同时给药对松果体细胞核体积的影响更为复杂,有统计学意义的是松果体细胞核体积增加,同时线粒体和颗粒囊泡明显减少。
