植入物皮下结缔组织反应的组织学评估是生物相容性试验的重要组成部分。针对人体动物实验结果的传播问题,对人、豚鼠和wistar大鼠钛植入物周围的结缔组织包膜进行了专门的测试系统分析。以时间为依托,描述了结缔组织囊层厚度和每个测量场细胞数的沉降过程。研究结果显示,受植入物影响,人类、豚鼠和wistar大鼠的伤口愈合过程基本相似。
