8-甲氧基补骨脂素联合长波紫外线(PUVA)治疗移植可延长同种异体受体的移植时间,且无免疫抑制。小鼠皮肤移植排斥反应明显延迟。肾脏和心脏异体移植的排斥反应是完全可以预防的。急性排斥反应的显著减少和一年生存率的提高显示了PUVA治疗人类肾移植的首次临床研究。
