摘要

本研究研究了在交流电场作用下钛酸钡(BaTiO3)颗粒形成链状时,对负载钛酸钡(BaTiO3)颗粒的环氧树脂体介电性能的影响。粒子链形成模型与拉普拉斯方程的有限元解法相结合,可以估计出介电常数作为复合材料结构的函数。然后将模拟结果与实验测量结果进行比较,证实了介电常数随时间的变化。
