An STM32F407 microcontroller is used for smart medicine box control, which runs PID algorithm and outputs PWM signal to control a thermoelectric cooler to generate a low temperature set by the users. Medicine information database and the operating status log files are stored in a cloud server. The mobile APP can get and display information such as the operation status or medicine in the box from the cloud server, and has functions such as medicine management and abnormal alarm, etc. A touch screen is used for control and management while offline. This intelligent medicine box uses a work-sleep mode to achieve low-energy operations. The paper also introduced the structure of cold cell which can reduce the temperature loss caused by heat transfer in thermoelectric cooler module. 摘要

在全球老龄化和计算机网络信息化的时代,智能化技术将有效帮助越来越多的老年人实现药品更可靠的低温储存和管理。为此,本文提出了一种新型的由互联网控制的智能药箱。它为储存某些药物提供了一个低温环境,针对的是家中的老年人。该系统包括智能药箱、云服务器和移动APP。智能药箱控制采用STM32F407单片机,通过PID算法输出PWM信号控制热电冷却器,产生用户设定的低温。医药信息数据库和运行状态日志文件存储在云服务器上。移动端APP可以从云端服务器获取并显示箱体内的操作状态或药品等信息,具有药品管理、异常报警等功能。触摸屏用于离线时的控制和管理。本智能药箱采用工作-睡眠模式,实现低能耗操作。本文还介绍了减少热电冷却器组件传热造成的温度损失的冷室结构。样机测试结果表明,该系统运行良好。
