This leads to the necessity of development and implementation of manufacturing automation based on integrated systems with industry specifics. In the paper the preconditions of implementation of automation is provided, the choice of the integrated manufacturing execution system of oil and gas company is proved, the technique of introduction of automation of production management taking into account branch specifics is supposed. 摘要

目的是证明石油和天然气生产自动化的必要性。生产管理自动化的实践显示了大多数企业尚未解决的问题。作者的研究证实了各种信息产品的存在,但我们不能保证它们完全符合制造商的实际需求。这导致了基于集成系统的工业自动化的开发和实施的必要性。本文提出了实施自动化的前提条件,论证了油气公司集成制造执行系统的选择,提出了结合分公司具体情况引入生产管理自动化的技术设想。自动化将允许企业OGC消除或尽量减少由于大量信息过载、技术过程的复杂性、技术和社会特征的风险而产生的一些问题。
