摘要

本文旨在评估游戏化对整体框架下工作投入的影响。对雅加达和Tangerang的401名千禧一代上班族进行了横断面研究。使用SmartPLS 3.3版应用的PLS SEM对研究模型进行统计检验。分析结果发现,游戏化对整体工作有很强的正向影响。作为游戏化的一个维度,表现对心理、智力、情感和精神投入的影响比游戏化的目的和动机更大。为了吸引千禧一代的员工,组织应该在考虑游戏化原则的基础上制定绩效管理体系
