摘要

本文提出了一种单筒和双筒相结合的线性结构光扫描新方法。采用微型投影仪投射的红色移动光条代替传统的激光,不仅降低了硬件成本,而且更易于使用。为了获得高精度的光平面方程,在双目系统中对圆柱形纸管进行扫描,然后在单眼系统中根据透射投影几何原理计算物体的三维点坐标。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地平衡精度和速度的要求,具有一定的实用价值。
