On the basis of the index system of review and interview, questionnaire survey was conducted in four representative vocational colleges in China, 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and then validity test was conducted on the data. The results showed that KMO of each dimension was above 0.75, Cronbach's Alpha of the overall scale was 0.821. This verifies the reliability and stability of the questionnaire. Finally, through exploratory factor analysis, the paper classifies, explains and revises the original evaluation index system, and puts forward a new evaluation index system of vocational college students' entrepreneurial ability. 摘要

本文在已有研究的基础上,通过对5名具有3年以上创业经验的企业家和5名具有5年以上创业指导经验的学者进行访谈,构建了包含30个评价因子的高职大学生创业能力评价指标体系。在评价访谈指标体系的基础上,对全国有代表性的四所高职院校进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷108份,并对数据进行效度检验。结果表明,各维度的KMO均在0.75以上,总体量表的Cronbach’s Alpha值为0.821。验证了问卷的可靠性和稳定性。最后,通过探索性因子分析,对原有的评价指标体系进行分类、解释和修正,提出了新的高职学生创业能力评价指标体系。新构建的高职学生创业能力评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和25个三级指标,可从创业潜力、创业技能和创业能力三个维度对高职学生的创业能力进行评价。
