Electrical parameters of the Peltier module in a single module, series, parallel and mixed combination circuits were investigated at the temperature gradient of 10 degrees Celsius. The results showed that the voltage, current and power of a single module are 0.18V, 0.93A and 0.086W, respectively, at 0.1 ohms. When two and four modules are combined in series, the voltages of the modules are 2 and 4 times of a single module, respectively. 摘要

本文介绍了利用Peltier模块发电的初步研究。采用TEC1-12710型号的陶瓷热电冷却模块(Peltier模块)发电。实验箱为硬木箱,内部为铝箱,由冷热两面组成。热侧和冷侧的温度分别由加热器和干冰控制。在10摄氏度的温度梯度下,研究了Peltier模块在单模块、串联、并联和混合组合电路中的电气参数。结果表明,在0.1欧姆时,单个模块的电压为0.18V,电流为0.93A,功率为0.086W。当两个模块和四个模块串联时,模块电压分别是单个模块的2倍和4倍。另外,在相同条件下,4个并联模块的电流为1.2倍。
