摘要

实验对象为280只体重300 ~ 340 g的雄性Wistar大鼠。本研究的设计包括:模拟大腿软组织压迫损伤,在停止压迫后3小时局部注射透明质酸制剂“Gialift 3.5”到损伤区域,并考虑7、14和28天后的结果。将透明质酸引入软组织压迫损伤区,可减轻肌红蛋白血症的严重程度,增加vegf阳性细胞的免疫组化密度,改善微循环灌注特性、氧饱和度和组织的比耗氧量。关键词:外伤性肌肉缺血,透明质酸,肌红蛋白,微循环,代谢,激光多普勒血流仪,形态测定。
