In this paper, the preparation of offshore data for conducting simulation, the basic study on its construction, the method of power transmission and the control of power equipments of an offshore wind generation system, with which a self-commutated HVDC transmission system is adopted to transmit wind power from offshore to land, are investigated and presented. 摘要

风电作为一种可再生清洁能源,因其单位容量大等特点而备受关注,成为最具发展潜力的可再生能源。然而,在世界上的一些地区,如日本,陆地风力发电有一些地理和电力限制。由于合适的建设场地很少,而且风电场附近的电力系统太弱,无法承受风力发电带来的电力波动,因此大量引进陆地风电往往极其困难,甚至不可能。在这种情况下,海上风电场是增加风力发电的一个很好的和唯一的途径。为此,本研究对海上风力发电系统进行基础研究,确定其基本行为。本文对采用自换向高压直流输电系统将海上风电输送到陆地的海上风力发电系统的海上模拟数据的准备、海上模拟数据的构建、输电方式和电力设备控制等方面的基础研究进行了研究。在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上对典型的单机无限母线电力系统模型进行了仿真研究,阐明了海上风电的特点,并对所提系统的性能进行了验证。
