Spectral analysis of output voltage showed the occurrence of the fractional harmonics, the amplitude and the frequency of which are specific for the impending damages of automotive alternator. The failure-recognition algorithm was developed based on the qualitative analysis of spectrum of output analysis of automotive alternator. 摘要

电气故障是汽车交流发电机发生故障的主要原因;输出电压参数用于识别这些故障。在故障发展的初始阶段,信息意识不足可能是平均值和电压偏移等参数的缺点。对输出电压的频谱分析表明,出现了分数次谐波,其幅值和频率与汽车交流发电机即将发生的损伤有一定的相关性。在对汽车交流发电机输出分析频谱进行定性分析的基础上,提出了故障识别算法。在汽车交流发电机故障诊断中使用频谱分析,大大提高了诊断结果的效率和可靠性。
