It results from various etiologies, congenital or acquired. We present the case of a 62-year-old man with a history of congenital heart disease who presented with dyspnea for 3 years. Angioscan showed an aneurysmal dilatation of the pulmonary artery trunk and its right branch associated with an atrial septal defect with restenosis of the pulmonary valve.
