摘要

对于员工的选择,人力资源经理在决策过程中可以使用很多方法。为了演示决策过程中众多方法中的一种,我们选择了层次分析法。我们将这种方法整合到第一和第二员工的选择中。首先,我们定义了招聘流程,以便知道我们可以在哪些地方将AHP方法应用到员工选择中,以及其他方面,这就提出了我们必须定义一些合适的标准并确定本地和全局权重的问题。其次,我们发现将这种方法融入到人事经理的决策过程中可以帮助人事经理选择最佳候选人,但最终的决策不能仅仅基于这种方法,在某种程度上,人事经理必须根据候选人的整体情况和其他经理的观点来选择候选人。
