摘要

在理想的热接触条件下,分析了轧机双层圆柱辊内不同热物性层间的换热情况。利用齐次导热方程中圆柱形区域内某一层的热平衡条件即可实现。在假设外层温度分布为半径平均的情况下,分析了径向截面的简化目标设置。应用热平衡条件,对两层区域的导热系数齐次方程进行积分,得到了层间理想热接触情况下的阻抗型内聚条件。
