The list of the latest technology Industry 4.0 is presented. The trends of the production base transformation on the period of Industry 4.0 development are described. Classification of segments of Industry 4.0 business model in Ukraine is carried out. The development of the Ukrainian industry since 1990 has been described in five stages: intermediary, service, industrial, research and innovative.
