Cost-effective photonic microwave filter employing tap reusing
A technique to reduce the cost of photonic microwave filters based on WDM signals and dispersive media is presented. It allows to implement filters showing N/spl times/M taps using N+M components instead of N/spl times/M components, as required in previous proposals.
