One of them is the aspect of human resources. An employee of a bank and an Islamic financial institution that is accepted must have a good personality, an expert in muqalah fiqh, knowledge of Islamic financial institutions, computers / IT and so on. 摘要

本研究探讨了伊斯兰金融机构在营销产品和服务中的人力资源管理。本研究的结果证明,印尼的伊斯兰银行和金融机构发展非常迅速。然而,印尼的银行和伊斯兰金融机构的形象并不好。为此,需要处理管理伊斯兰金融机构的若干政策。其中之一是人力资源方面。被接受的银行和伊斯兰金融机构的雇员必须具有良好的个性,是muqalah fiqh的专家,对伊斯兰金融机构、计算机/ IT等有一定的了解。他们必须是强烈支持在生活中实践伊斯兰经济学的人。
