摘要

供应链分销网络的优化需要考虑很多因素,尤其是来自经销商的有用信息。在本文中,我们考虑一个由两层组成的供应链,它们是一个制造商和许多分销商。每个经销商都对自己的增值成本结构有充分的了解。问题是为制造企业设计最优的分销网络。利用网络DEA方法对经销商的相对有效性进行评价,完成对经销商的筛选,通过这些结果完成经销商的选择过程。最后给出了一个数值算例。
