Soil samples were taken using a purposive random sampling method on three cropping patterns: monoculture, rotation and intercropping, and two depths of 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm. The parameters analyzed included total N, organic C, exchangeable K, Ca, Mg, and Na, glucosidase, biomass C, and respiration. Data from observations were analyzed with Pearson statistics 8 correlation. 摘要

本研究旨在测定单作地表层土壤和底土中碳和葡萄糖苷酶活性的动态变化。这项研究是在西苏门答腊的Nagari Alahan Panjang进行的。土壤取样采用有目的随机抽样法,采用单作、轮作和间作3种种植模式,深度为0 ~ 15 cm和15 ~ 30 cm。分析的参数包括全N、有机C、交换性K、Ca、Mg和Na、葡萄糖苷酶、生物量C和呼吸作用。观察数据采用Pearson相关统计进行分析。结果表明,β-葡萄糖苷酶活性与总氮和有机碳呈正相关,生物量C与交换性Mg呈正相关,呼吸作用与总氮和β-葡萄糖苷酶呈正相关。
