利用2013年2月15日至28日由山东大学PMU-light单元测得的西北电网频率数据,分析了西北电网频率的稳态特性。列出了低频和高频事件的持续时间和数量。给出了每日最高、最低和平均频率值的统计数据。计算了集合平均频率值。总结了西北电网稳态频率的特点,讨论了频率的影响因素。模拟了风电比例对频率质量的影响。论述了在西北电网中应用需求频控储备(DFR)的必要性。
