 This shows that the performance of Universidade da Paz - UNPAZ employees in 2022 has a very good attitude towards Human Resources Management. Good strategic management will have a better impact on employee performance, employees will be more responsible in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Strategic Management is an important contributor in achieving success or failure within the Universidade da Paz environment. A good strategy will influence good behavior as well.
